Bistro Des Copains Hosts Balletto Winemaker’s Dinner November 15, 2007

Bistro Des Copains, the French country bistro set in the charming village of Occidental, is proud to host a Balletto Vineyards Winemaker Dinner, Thursday November 15.

There will be one seating at 6:30 PM and will include a five-course menu paired with the wonderful wines of Balletto Vineyards and commentary by John Balletto regarding the winery, wines and vineyards.

The cost is $80.00 per person. Tax and gratuities are additional.
Balletto Winery is located in the Russian River Valley bordering the edges of the Laguna de Santa Rosa wetland habitat, a home to many species of birds and animals. The Balletto family has an agreement with Sonoma County's Agriculture Preservation & Open Space District to preserve this land for all those living in the area, and for visitors to Sonoma County!

Balletto Vineyards first release was a 2001 Pinot Noir and a 2001 Chardonnay from the Russian River Valley. Their grapes are handpicked and the wine is aged in French barrels from a variety of barrel makers.
