BIRCH RILEY AT JAZZBONES TACOMA SUNDAY JUNE 13
Bellingham's hard rock band Birch Riley will bring their brand of eclectic, guitar driven, "head" music to TACOMA'S JAZZBONES live music venue Sunday, June 13 at 8pm. The band, headed by lead vocalist and guitar player Wes Hlebichuk, has seen various forms since 2000. Most recently Hlebichuk, bass player Shawn Thompson, and drummer "Tools" have released a 3 song EP through CD Baby called "3" which features hard rock originals "Cest La Vie", "6 Feet Under" and "Thrown to the Wolves". Birch Riley seem to find a way to mix influences from the 70's through the 90's into their originals, bringing the listener through a host of musical energies.
