Bill Condon won the Academy Award for best adapted screenplay for Gods and Monsters. He also wrote the acclaimed 2002 film adaptation of Chicago. His latest project, Dreamgirls, which he wrote & directed, will be released in December. Condon will screen Love Me or Leave Me, the musical biography about singer Ruth Etting, starring Doris Day & James Cagney. (1955, 122 min. Not rated.) A Q&A session precedes the screening.
