For nearly 20 years, the Artist In Residence Program at SF Recycling & Disposal has been providing selected local artists with the opportunity to create art using materials gathered from San Francisco's refuse. The artwork is as creative and inspiring as you'll find in any gallery — plus it helps lighten the landfill!
