Bike Camping 102: winter camping December 7, 2008

December 7th is Bike Camping 102: Winter Camping - at the Hawthorne
Hostel (3031 SE Hawthorne Blvd). The class runs from 2pm to 4pm and
is free to the public. Come on out and learn how to deal with the
cold and wet weather to still have an enjoyable camping experience.

Learn the basics of winter camping: dealing with the cold, the rain, and the unexpected.

We'll have a couple of loaded bikes and some gear for you to look at to see real-world examples of what we're talking about.
