Trombonist "Big James" Montgomery is a 2005 Living Blues Critic's Choice Award winner. Along with the Chicago Playboys, expect a whole lotta shakin' from this windy city favorite. Born in Mississippi and raised in Memphis, guitarist Linsey Alexander has been perfecting the art of the blues for nearly fifty years. Alexander has played with B.B.King, Bobby Rush, Buddy Guy, Little Milton, Magic Slim Johnnie Taylor, A.C.Reed and other great blues performers.
