InstillLeadership creates custom training programs, provides one-on-one executive and management coaching, facilitates strategic alignment and structures effective communication among departments. As a consultant and working internally, Marla has a proven track record in guiding and executing management development initiatives to produce bottom-line business results. Prior to owning her own training and management development business, Marla was Vice President of Training and Development at Supercuts, Inc., where she had hands on responsibility for training administration in a 1,100 unit franchise organization. She is the author of the recently published e-book, Digital Manners and House Rules: A Parent Handbook.
