Better Board Meetings September 26, 2008

Are board meetings lively and productive, or is getting a quorum a problem? Does the work get done by many or just a few of the usual suspects? If you're feeling the board could use some improvementor you are frustrated with its activities, this session is for you. Topics to be covered include board and staff meeting roles, types of agendas, meeting board members' needs, and strategies for basic board functioning. Participants will leave with a "toolkit" of ideas to energize your board and its meetings.
