Come out on Friday, September 14th and join the chill crowd
downstairs at the First Unitarian Church, 2125 Chestnut St.,
Philadelphia, for an all ages benefit show featuring 5 great local
bands: Waheed (formerly Gov't Cheese), the PoPo, the Mighty Paradocs,
Nouveau Riche and Urban Shamen. Representing diverse musical styles
from African drumming, rock, and funk, to hip-hop and highly charged
political soul, this show has something for everyone. And the best
part-- it supports a revolutionary cause.

The show starts at 7pm and is $7-10 sliding scale at the door. The
money raised benefits African People's Solidarity Day, the October
2007 weekend in solidarity with the movement to liberate and unite
