Fundraiser co-sponsor Greene Dragon is a groovy band of revel-utionary dissenting patriots. Named for the Boston tavern in which the sons of liberty cooked up their excellent tea-specific performance piece, the dragonistas staged a plethora of rollicking, corporate tyranny-fighting street theatrics before, during and after the RNC. "When fun is outlawed," they say, "only outlaws have fun."

Co-sponsor Gaijin a Go-Go is a go-go dancing, 11-piece, horn-stoked mock Japanese pop band that
flatters more than it mocks. [The band] plays
sequin-studded 60s swing-rock that's good for a
laugh and a twist .... The music is as hammy as it
sounds, but the grooves are intensely infectious for those who like their ham heavily glazed. Be ready for ace costumes too. -The Onion

The Rude Mechanical Orchestra is a New York City-based radical marching band that infuses political action with celebratory energy and music. Plus, they're likely the only marching band to have been arrested en mass at a national political convention.

Talk about your critical brass tax!

Anna Copa Cabanna - the lost "Natural Wonder from Down Under - is an Australian showgirl who sings songs about her true adventures in NYC. Joined by
lounge/punk band The Manilow Gigolo 5, ACC ponders the Big Apple's politics, small dogs, F train woes, and retarded boys through her electric guitar and lil xylophone "rock and roll rage." Expect sequins, sha la las, and sweet salacious song and dance!

Paranoid Larry and His Imaginary Band are the house orchestra for the tin-hat brigade. Are you following him? Heed his sage advice and make sure that Breakfast is the Most Important Beer of the Day.
