Eric Tucker has known since being birthed from a Belgian beer barrel that this fermented grain based liquid would pair beautifully with food & off to culinary school he fled. Partaking in the life long process of beer appreciation is a challenge that Chef Tucker has committed to take on. In turn, he will share his found enlightenment through the creation of tasty vittles that compliment each handcrafted sip.
