Being & Making: Artists Investigating Identity August 26, 2011

This group exhibition is drawn from the collection of contemporary art at the Speed Art Museum. Through a variety of media including painting, works on paper, and sculpture, the artists in this exhibition investigate identity and related issues of culture, gender, ethnicity, place and even their position as an artist.
