Artbeat poet The Freewheelin Troubadour brings the word. Look out how much love there is for this London bard

Behold A Pale Horse : A new age is upon us, where hope and the possibility of a bright future can be secured through hard work and positive action. This band will be part of this sea change in musical philosophy and symbolizes the rebirth of a collective talent with a new identity represented by FREEDOM. www.myspace.com/herearebeholdapalehorse

The Dash : "Sparring riffs, knee jerking brittleness grafted on to a raw and potent undercarriage of alarmingly infectious boot blistering boogie - dare you resist." (Rough Trade) www.wearethedash.com

The Winter Olympics : “Throbbing disco-indebted rock with a manic delivery ... impressive stuff!" (Subba Cultcha, single of the month). "No nonsense, fat guitar rock, thank fuck" - High Voltage. Tonight is the band’s Kissmas party! http://www.thewinterolympicsband.com

Bombers: “The Birmingham Birthday Party...” “...a dark groove ... heavy bass line ...snapping drums ... spiky guitars ... punky racket. “ “first London dates in December. See them first and remember where you heard it” (Artrocker) www.bombersbombersbombers.com

Fiona Bevan : "Absolutely brilliant" (Tom Robinson, BBC 6 Music), “Spine-tingling. ( Alex James, Blur), "Soulful and eccentric" (The Guardian), "Radiant and uplifting (Glasswerk) – Folk pop jazz - she will mop up your boo hoo with her blonde afro hairdo!

James Rea : Funky, charming and upbeat, a modern day crooner for the romantics. “off kilter charm” (Artful) http://www.myspace.com/jamesrea

Panda~Power! end of year party. The “Oxford Circus circus” (NXLive Mag) celebrates 12 months of mixing positivity, art, party people, photography, media, industry (and cake!). What goes on? http://bit.ly/pandapowervideos - The artbeat club where the artists are also regulars and vice versa is the West End’s monthly affordable rock n roll gathering.

The Dash and Behold A Pale Horse release a split (Ltd 7”) single on 6th December. 'You Can't Please Everyone'/'My Darling' and 'To Each Other' . They celebrate the occasion with vinyl, alcohol, cranking up the amps and polishing their shoes with what promises to be a rip-roaring night of chaos. Copies of the vinyl will be available to buy on the night so that's Christmas presents for your folks sorted too.

Oh, and The Social now sells hot cider in the bar! Can you resist?
