**RULA JEBREAL is a Palestinian author and journalist whose debut novel MIRAL has been made into a movie by acclaimed filmmaker Julian Schnabel (THE DIVING BELL AND THE BUTTERFLY) and will premiere in the U.S. on March 25. Rula grew up in East Jerusalem and went on to become a leading journalist in Italy, specializing in foreign affairs and immigration issues. Rula is also the author of THE BRIDE FROM ASSUAN, which was awarded the International Fenice Europe Prize. MIRAL premiered at the 2010 Venice Film Festival.

**MYLA GOLDBERG'S latest novel is THE FALSE FRIEND, which the Washington Post praised for its psychological shrewdness and Richard Russo as “a riveting read.” Myla’s bestselling first novel, BEE SEASON, was a New York Times Notable Book for 2000 and has been adapted to film and widely translated. Her second novel was WICEKETT'S REMEDY. Myla also sings and plays accordion and banjo in the Brooklyn art-punk band, “The Walking Hellos.“

**JUST TAYLOR'S most recent book is THE GOSPEL OF ANARCHY, which Sam Lipsyte praises as “a beautiful, searching and sometimes brutally funny novel.” Justin has also written the short story collection, EVERYTHING HERE IS THE BEST THING EVER, which was a New York Times Book Review Editors' Choice, and is the editor of the acclaimed short fiction anthology, THE APOCALYPSE READER. He is a contributor to the literature blog HTMLGiant.com.
