Beginning Level Weekly Qigong Practice Classes with Mingtong Gu and Linling June 2, 2011

Thursdays June 2, 9, 16, 23 and 30th
9:00 am - 10:30 am

For these five Thursdays, we will have 2 consecutive classes, a beginning and advanced. This is a great opportunity to begin or renew your practice plus learn the advanced form all in one half day! Mingtong and Linling will answer your questions and give teachings according to your stage of practice. 2 classes will have guest teachers lead the groups.

Beginning Class:

Mingtong and Linling will teach and review the forms and guide extensive practice for each session. The class will include movement, visualization, sound healing, and instruction.

This class is appropriate for both beginning and repeating students, and is an excellent follow up for retreat practitioners.

There will be an Advanced Class from 11-12:30 on these dame days
