If you've done absolutely no form of yoga or physical exercise before, have an injury you're mindful of or simply feel you're the stiffest person on the planet, then start from scratch on this beginners' course.
Learn the principles of key yoga postures and start to recognise your physical strengths and weaknesses. Together we can tackle those stiff shoulders and tight hamstrings! At the end of the class enjoy a short relaxation - often the hardest part for geeks :) but of enormous benefit.
Join like-minded people and find out what yoga can do for you in a friendly, supportive environment. No chanting or putting your legs behind your head. Not yet, anyway;)
