The concept for Night of the Funk is to highlight beers that are spontaneously fermented via the open air, infected during maturation in the barrel, purposely inoculated with wild yeast strains and bacteria, or involve some other funky ingredient or technique. Many are aged in wood vessels for long periods of time, but we're awakening them for your drinking pleasure on this special night!

We plan on having at least 40 offerings for this rare and unique session; including some exclusives. Enjoy everything from Lambics, Gueuzes, Brettanomyces beers, Wood-aged and Blended, Sour/Wild ales, and other funk-a-licious offerings! Tasty snacks are included. Guest speakers + more.

When? Friday, October 26, 2007 // 6-9:30pm; beer stops @ 9:30pm

$60 per ticket. Includes entry, tasty snacks, tasting cup, fest guide, all 2 oz. tastings.
