Chef Roly, an experienced beer brewing enthusiast, will guide you through the entire process until you end up with your own six pack to take home. Beginning with the selection of grains to the fermentation process and eventually to bottling, you will learn everything involved in the home beer brewing process. Chef Roly will also guide you through a comparative tastings of bottled beers in order to help you determine your favorite attributes and characteristics. And to round out your beer education, he will end the course with a discussion and tasting of proper food and beer pairings.
