We are planning numerous community service events in the morning (9 AM - 12 PM). So far, we have lined up over a dozen service opportunities for over 300 volunteers, including the Capital Area Food Bank, Keep Austin Beautiful, and many more.

Afterward, join us for free food, featured speakers including Mayor Lee Leffingwell, State Representative Mark Strama, Deval Sanghavi, and Parag Mehta, and volunteer appreciation at the South Steps of the Texas State Capitol beginning at 12 PM.

The Austin event is spearheaded by NetIP Austin, with broad support from individuals and community groups. Austin has been chosen as one of nine Core Cities that will be featured nationally, so this is our chance to show the country that Austin is a national leader in volunteerism and service to the community.
