Queenston Heights Forest
Niagara Falls, Ontario

Ontario Nature's Volunteer for Nature program and the Niagara Parks
Commission would like to invite you to join us in helping to preserve
Queenston Heights Forest; a Carolinian forest that contains one of the largest concentrations of species-at-risk found anywhere in Canada.

Come out Saturday September 13 to Queenston Heights Forest near Niagara Falls to help preserve this special place by battling invasive European Buckthorn that is crowding out the native vegetation. Participation is free for this day long event and you can expect some physical work as well as a high level of enjoyment and satisfaction.

For more information please contact me at [email protected]. To learn more about the Volunteer for Nature program or to register for the event please visit our website at www.ontarionature.org/action.

The event will start at 9:00am and run until about 4:00pm.
