Battle of the Bands September 18, 2010

Well another Month has come and gone and we are that much closer To the Scottish Festival for 2011. Before that happens though we are about to have a HUGE BASH.

The Rules and entry forms for the Battle of the Bands should hit the website this week. If you know a group of pipers and drummers that may be candidates for this please spread the word. An entry form and contest rules are attached in the form of pdf files.

Dave is trying at this time... to secure all the celebrity judges so we can get the posters and tickets ready to go. Remember tickets will sell quick for this event so don't delay.

As Bands sign up Dave will post there info on the Face Book site so you can see who will be participating. Also for those out of town bands we are working with a hotel so that you can get a great deal for the weekend more info to follow.

At the Irish Family Picnic benefiting St. Patrick's Day Parade, that was at Snyder Park, I spoke with Robert Ritchie – President, who said this should be so much fun because they can wear anything.
