Battle for Barack, Northern Utah 11/02/08 November 2, 2008

Battleground states are still undecided in this crucial election. As a Utah resident you finally have a chance to make a difference in the Presidential Election and have your voice heard.

We are going to be calling battleground voters that are declared Democrat or leaning Democrat to help them understand the importance of this election and help them apply to vote by mail or inform them of early voting. We need people on the phones but that is NOT the only volunteer opportunities to make a difference. We can use data entry, organizers and other support.

Getting out the vote is a very important part of this election so everyone can have their voice heard. For example, in addition to the general election choices, Colorado has 18 initiatives on their ballot this year, the largest ever! The ballot for Colorado is a MASSIVE 17" x 22", FRONT AND BACK.

Voting by mail or voting early can make a crucial difference in every state. It guarantees their vote gets counted and that life and long lines don't get in the way.

THIS IS NOT COLD CALLING. We will have targeted lists available for you, all you need is a cell phone and your enthusiasm. We will provide every thing else.

We are a huge support state this year and we must help spread the message that this is THE campaign for change.

We will be watching for you but if you are outside and are have not been seen please knock on the window on Washington, on the east side of the building, right by the Weber County Democrats sign, we will hear you and we will let you in.
