WHAT: Baskin-Robbins, the world’s largest chain of ice cream specialty stores, is excited to announce the new ownership of its store in Salinas, Calif. located at 1100 South Main Street. The ice cream icon invites you to welcome the store and its new management to the community while enjoying some delicious holiday treats with friends and family.

New franchisee Yujeanne Lee will be featuring the famous Baskin-Robbins Turkey Cake during a grand re-opening celebration to get the community in the Thanksgiving spirit.

All afternoon there will be entertainment for the entire family including:

•Ribbon cutting and ceremonial “carving” of the Turkey Cake at 1:00 p.m. with local Salinas VIPs
•A check donation to a local non-profit organization on behalf of Baskin-Robbins and Yujeanne
•Balloon twisting
•Face painting
•Live entertainment
