Barefoot Bodywork is a deeply penetrating form of massage that brings ease to both the practitioner and client.

In this class you will...
- Develop awareness through your feet.
- Coordinate your techniques so that your actions begin in your hara (lower belly), then transmit through your feet.
- Learn to give a full body treatment primarily using your feet.
