BarCamp is an international network of unconferences — open, participatory workshop-events, whose content is provided by participants — focusing on early-stage web applications, and related open source technologies and social protocols.

This time, there is going to be a focus on collectives. e.g. The Bangalore Ruby User Group is getting together at BCB4 to discuss the Ruby programming language and related topics like JRuby, IronRuby and Ruby on Rails. What's cool, what's not and why most people in the software industry can expect to work on at least one (and probably much more than one) Ruby project in the next two years.
