Banyan is a 6 piece musical exploration featuring bassist Mike Watt (The Minutemen, fIREHOSE, the reunited Iggy Pop & The Stooges), Stephen Perkins (Janes Addiction & Porno For Pyros) on drums, the rhythm of Grammy Award winner Rob Wasserman (also of Bob Weir's Rat Dog), and guitarist Nels Cline (has played with Charlie Haden, Thurston Moore, Wilco and others). The Banyan horns are Willie Waldman (Memphis Horns & Snoop Doggie Dog) on Trumpet and hip hop engineer and producer Dave Aron (Snoop Doggie Dog) on Clarinet. These great talents are supported by Memphis session men, Ross Rice on keyboards and Clint Wagner on guitar.
