As the premier dancer in Ballet Nacional de Espana, Jose Porcel has taken flamenco and traditional Andalucian dances to stages around the world. He continues that with his own Ballet Flamenco Jose Porcel, which includes nine dancers, a percussionist, two guitarists and two vocalists. An explosion of rhythm, colors and passion, flamenco is among the world's most joyous dance forms-folkloric celebration transformed here for the stage with no loss of vitality or artistic dignity.
