At the Table - Celebrating Women Chefs & Restaurateurs October 18, 2007

At the Table New York will showcase the culinary talents of renowned women chefs and restaurateurs through a one-of-a-kind dining experience for food and wine lovers. The At The Table events, a national series, support Women Chefs & Restaurateurs' (WCR) scholarship and internship programs for women at all stages of their culinary careers.

The reception and five-course sit-down dinner will feature 11 women chefs: Anne Burrell (Centro Vinoteca), Heather Carlucci-Rodriguez (Lassi), Rebecca Charles (Pearl Oyster Bar), Mary Cleaver (Cleaver Company), Alina Eisenhauer, (Sturbridge Baking Company, MA), Patti Jackson (Centovini), Nancy Olson (Gramercy Tavern), Amy Scherber (Amy's Bread), Barbara Sibley & Margaritte Malfy (La Palapa), Ivy Stark (Dos Caminos) and Patricia Williams (District). Women sommeliers will pour wines from women winemakers. Sara Moulton is the Honorary Chair and emcee.
