In this talk, third in a series of conversations between visual artists and former MoMA curator Robert Storr, Sophie Calle discusses her innovative work and the inspiration behind it. Calle is a French artist who works with photographs, performances and text to create fictional encounters that blur the boundaries of reality and often produce provocative results. Robert Storr is the Rosalie Solow Professor of Modern Art at the Institute of Fine Art at New York University. A highly respected educator, author and curator, he has written monographs on Chuck Close, Philip Guston, Philip Pearlstein and Gerhard Richter. Tickets and more at www.92Y.org.
