Art After Hours: First Wednesdays, Aspects of Architecture July 11, 2012

Celebrate the new exhibition Aspects of Architecture: The Prints of John Taylor Arms with a reception during Art After Hours on Wednesday, May 2, from 5 to 9 pm. A performance of medieval music complements the inspiring prints of Gothic architecture, beginning at 6:30 pm. An informal perspective drawing class for aspiring artists of all ages and levels takes place from 7:45 to 8:45 pm. Artist Patricia Brace explores how Arms employed linear perspective and instructs participants in drawing buildings, applying the principles of two-point perspective.
