Introduction:

I am a 31 year old Arizona Native. I am a primarily self taught artist. I 'create' for myself. I find it to be a healthy outlet. It liberates the soul & mind, to provoke the imagination while encouraging passion. I tend to work on small portions of the piece at a time, until it feels complete. I almost always work out of uncertainty. It is that same uncertainty however, that brings forth excitement as you watch a mystery unfold while you feed it your ambition. What I create is a balance of art in its purest form, void of disturbing or melancholy potrayal. They are simply visions to be admired for their magnetism, for the viewer to discern their own interpretation. If a message is to be discovered in a painting of mine, most times, it was not my intention. It is a result I did not seek. I'm not really sure I wish to touch on any specific subject matter or try and send a message. There is so much in this life already that is so complex, that I don't wish to be understood or try and make sense of what's not understood in society today. My desire is to be more like a breath of fresh air. To attribute to the beauty that the human mind has the ability to possess & share it with all whom admire it. To me, if it's not challenging from the moment a project is begun to its final interpretation, then it's merely a picture. People often ask me "What does this mean?" And the only sensible response I'm able to give is "If I could describe my art in words, then what would be the purpose in painting?"...
