nota bene: variety doesnt charge the ticketmaster fees if you buy them at the box office ...

Awesome...I always prefer to buy tickets at the Variety Playhouse but I'm afraid that tickets won't be left that evening after work.
I've never seen any bands @ the civic center...I'm guessing the tickets will be general admission?
