Appetite for Awareness: A Gluten-Free Cooking Spree September 30, 2009

The National Foundation for Celiac Awareness presents their 6th anniversary celebration. 25 top regional chefs will prepare a series of excellent gluten-free dishes for visitors to try, and an Iron Chef-style contest will challenge chefs' cooking skills. Visitors can also enjoy wine and gluten-free beer, live music, an auction and shopping.
