Ever wonder what your collectibles are worth? You can find out by bringing them to the Saratoga Foothill Club's Antiques and Collectibles Appraisal Clinic, Friday, May 14, 2010, 10:00am-4:00pm. Informal appraisals by Bonhams and Butterfields of San Francisco, one of the most prestigious full-service auction houses in the world. Categories are: jewelry, art, furniture, silver, porcelain, Asian art, arms and armor, clocks, books, photographs, and more. $8.00 per item, 10 item limit, checks and cash only. 20399 Park Place, Saratoga (behind the fire station). The event will benefit Foothill Club's non-profit foundation for the preservation of its Julia Morgan-designed clubhouse which is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
