The convention is open to registered Libertarians who have registered for the convention and paid their fees of attendance as per the party consitution, and shall be considered as delegates to this convention and shall be entitled to one vote on all matters and shall be eligible for any office. Early registration (by April 17th) is $35 per person for the convention and $25 for the banquet. The figures I gave you before ($50/$30) are for people who wait until they arrive at the convention to register and pay.
ALSO:
Children under 18 can attend the convention for free and can attend the banquet for $15 each. (full price of $30 for late registration)
Families of 2 or more adults can get a break on the convention at $60 early registration or $90 late registration respectively. I can't really give discounts for the banquet beyond what is already there.
At door, the cost of the convention will be $50 per person and the cost of the banquet will be $30 per person. (alcoholic beverages are not included) We have 10 rooms on hold for us right now at $102/night. To book rooms at this rate, you will need to give the group rate code - LIB. There are many other hotels in Lafayette at lower rates if desired. I hope to have a list of them and their info soon. The cost of the convention will cover the rental fees for the meeting space from Hilton, as well as the hors d'oeuvres for the Friday night social and some snacks during the Saturday sessions.
