I’m pleased to announce the formation of the Seattle Scrum Users Group. Although then intent is to focus primarily on Scrum, all flavors of Agile (XP, FDD, Industrial XP etc) and Lean are welcome. We’re friendly … honest!

Our very first meeting is currently scheduled for August 9th, 2007 at the Seattle location of Qpass, Amdocs’ Digital Commerce Division. I’m excited to announce that our first speaker will be Damian Evans, VP for Product Development at Qpass, who will be talking about “Scrum challenges from a departmental/organizational perspective“. It’s not often that someone in Damian’s position talks about their organizations Scrum adoption and this is a unique opportunity to hear about his experiences.

Finally, I’d like to thank our sponsors: Qpass ( http://www.qpass.com ) and Danube Technologies ( http://www.Danube.com )

Topic: “Scrum challenges from a departmental/organizational perspective“
