The country was in a Depression, but for one little girl there was always hopeTomorrow. Based on the popular comic strip, this hit musical comedy follows the adventures of 11 year-old Annie who temporarily escapes from the orphanage presided over by the cruel Miss Hannigan. After befriending a stray dog (Sandy), she is eventually selected to spend Christmas at the palatial home of millionaire Oliver Daddy Warbucks. In time, Warbucks decides he would like to adopt her himself, but not before a nationwide search for the little girls parents and a wacky get-rich-quick scheme by Miss Hannigan and her brother Rooster. With its delightful score and happy ending, this is the perfect feel good show for family members of all ages and just in time for the holidays!
