Ann Arbor Funk Night with the Third Coast Kings November 21, 2008

Third Coast Kings up at the Cavern Club in Ann Arbor. Third Friday of every month! The Third Coast Kings have made it a point to remain true to the style and technique of playing in the tradition of deepfunk and soul music. Their main influences range from greats like James Brown, to contemporaries such as The Dap Kings and The Bamboos. Their mission is to provide people with the groove to make them move, while properly restoring deepfunk and soul to it's rightful spot on the musical map. The Third Coast Kings are a full fledged funk force and we will be recognized!
