Ann Arbor City Council meeting May 23, 2011

This is a continuation of the council's May 16, 2011 meeting. There is General Public Commentary at the end of each meeting. No special advanced notification is necessary to speak during General Time. Speakers are given only 3 minutes each. Speakers are not permitted to sign up for other individuals or grant their reserved time to an alternate speaker.
