Animal Planet's Housecat Housecall teams with Bideawee June 5, 2009

Animal Planet's Housecat Housecall and partner Purina Cat Chow are teaming with Bideawee, one of the nation’s oldest and largest humane animal organizations, to raise awareness about the joy of cat ownership and to encourage adoptions during the month of June, which is Adopt-a-Cat Month

Kerri Kasem, radio and television personality and daughter of legendary Casey Kasem, will be on-site to talk about how she rescued her cat Kid D, the importance of saving homeless cats such as those at Bideawee, and her participation on an episode of this season's Housecat Housecall.

A representative from Bideawee will also be on hand to talk about how to adopt a cat and make it a member of your family.
