Visits The Houston Public Library
New York Times bestselling author Charlaine Harris, recognized for her Sookie Stackhouse books (a.k.a. Southern Vampire Series) which are now HBO’s newest series, “True Blood,” is scheduled to visit the Houston Public Library’s Central Library, 500 McKinney, 77002 on Tuesday, January 6, 2009 at 7 p.m. Harris will be discussing her hardback book “Living Dead in Dallas,” written in 2002; this book is the second installment of her southern vampire mysteries. The books have been published in Japan, Great Britain, Greece, Germany, Thailand, Spain, France, and Russia. This program is free and open to the public.
