1301 Fourth Avenue
Seattle, Washington 98101

Seems like Seattle's long winter is finally over! Warmer weather gives rise to thoughts of the aromatic, elegant white wines of Germany as well as the more sophisticated German version of Pinot Noir.

To honor Germany's long history of wine-making, which dates back to the Roman Empire, The Capital Grille's Executive Chef Paul Vigil has created a special five course menu to introduce you to some delectable wines from Germany. Prominently featured at this dinner will be several of JJ. Prum's magnificent varietals.

Esquin's European wine expert Arnie Millan will be on hand to offer his insights into German viticulture, past and present.

$125 per person, plus tax and gratuity.
