An Evening in the Garden June 23, 2007

This event is certainly going to be lively, so bring your friends and plan to spend the evening! Hip Chicks Do Wine will sample their many vintages, as well as Roots Brewery doing the same with their great organic brews. Designer JJ DeSousa will be here with her special take on using plants in fun and interesting ways in your home, apartment, condo, or loft. Tickets are $10 at the door, and include light food, wine and beer sampling, and goody bags for the first 100 guests. This event will benefit Growing Gardens, a great Portland organization that digs at the root of hunger in our community by buidling organic, raised bed vegetable gardens in backyards.
