This introduction covers four essential sections that relate to your journey to longevity and rejuvenation, being spirit, mind, body, and emotion. The information that you will receive will be clean, clear, precise, fun, and educational.

You will learn the first ten motions along with the eight principles of tai chi and the joyfully enlightening philosophy of the American Tai Chi routine.
