Marlborough Street
Boston, Massachusetts

This year's 31st French Library Bastille Day celebration promises to be a street party of global proportions with an astounding four hours of continuous music by three of the French-speaking world's biggest groups, including the extraordinary Malian couple Amadou & Mariam, Mauritania's Daby Toure, and the hip hop group Daara J from Senegal. Back Bay's beautiful Marlborough Street will be blocked off between Berkeley and Clarendon Streets to accommodate 3,000 revelers, dancing in the streets. French food and drinks will be available for sale from area restaurants, making this the only street party of its kind in Boston.

Presented by The French Library and Cultural Center/Alliance Francaise.
Artists have been programmed by World Music, Inc.
