Starting March, Master Chef Michael Wendling at Allure French Restaurant will present the concept of Art and Cuisine to guests every last Thursday of each month. From March 29 – April 4, French photographer Eric Leleu will showcase “Red Art and Food” for his photo exhibition themed Red. While Chef Michael will showcase his talents of creating artistic food themed “Red” in a special one-night dinner on March 29 only.

The highlights of Chef Michael’s creativity include Le Foie Gras (Traditional “Opera” Goose Liver, marinated with port wine Fig chutney cooked with red wine), La St Jacques (Black & gold), L’asperge (Asparagus cappuccino with poached Crawfish), Le Veau (Veal shank "24 hours" nailed with black truffle) and Le citron (Like a “Colonel”).

Priced at RMB 588 + service charge per person, the dinner includes welcome cocktail party, 5 courses matched with 5 different wines.
