Alix Pearlstein: the Dark Pavement February 1, 2013

Alix Pearlstein's work in video and performance brings together ensemble groups of actors in specific environments to explore actions, movement, and dialogue in response to a range of performative structures. For her exhibition at ACAC, Pearlstein will utilize aspects of our building's architecture and our surrounding environment - the derelict Bankhead Highway bridge, the armature of our exterior pavilion, graffiti wall, gallery spaces, and lobby area.
