Ali Velshi: The Moral Courage Conversations with Irshad Manji March 26, 2009

Canadian journalist Ali Velshi, currently CNN’s chief business correspondent and author of the just-released Gimme My Money Back, joins Irshad Manji, the New York Times best-selling author and professor of leadership at NYU’s Wagner School of Public Service, for an on-stage dialogue as part of the Moral Courage Conversations series. They will explore whether it is possible to exhibit moral courage -- the willingness to speak truth to power -- in the money industry. Velshi, a famed former Wall Streeter Henry Blodget, penned The Atlantic Monthly’s recent cover story about why financial insiders always blow it. The discussion will be followed by an audience Q&A, and book-signing.
