Rocking Canadian singer/songwriter Alanis Morissette had a Zeitgeist-framing moment in the mid-nineties with the release of her debut, Jagged Little Pill. The one-time teen-pop star`s angry young album of era-defining romantic laments resonated with the masses, and, although it is unlikely that Morissette will ever find herself riding multiple-platinum sales again, she has continued to release albums every bit as jagged in the years since.
