GUEST CRITICS

Aaron Betsky is former Director of the Netherlands Architecture Institute (NAI) in Rotterdam and has recently become Director of the Cincinnati Art Museum. He was the Eliel Saarinen Visiting Chair in Architecture at the Taubman College of Architecture + Urban Planning, University of Michigan in 2006.

Hansy Better Barraza is an Assistant Professor of architecture at the Rhode Island School of Design and a Principal of Studio Luz Architects in Boston.

Tom Buresh is Chair of the Architecture Program and Associate Dean for Academic Affairs at the Taubman College of Architecture + Urban Planning at the University of Michigan and Principal of Guthrie + Buresh Architects.

Maria Denegri is a Principal of Denegri Bessai Studio, Toronto and teaches design and representation at al&d.

Douglas Gauthier is a partner at SYSTEMarchitects in New York and has taught design studios at Columbia, Parsons, Barnard, Yale and Princeton.

Meg Graham is a Principal at superkül inc. architect, Toronto and teaches design at al&d.

Danelle Guthrie is Adjunct Associate Professor of Practice in Architecture at the Taubman College of Architecture + Urban Planning at the University of Michigan and Principal of Guthrie + Buresh Architects.

Eric Höweler is co-founder of Höweler + Yoon Architecture and has taught at the Harvard Graduate School of Design and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Bruce Kuwabara is a Partner of Kuwabara Payne McKenna Blumberg Architects, Toronto and the RAIC Gold Medal recipient of 2006.

Donald McKay is Associate Professor at the University of Waterloo School of Architecture and principal of Donald MacKay Studio.

Aaron Sprecher is co-founder and partner of Open Source Architecture and Assistant Professor at Syracuse University School of Architecture where he leads LIFElab, a research laboratory on computation and fabrication technologies.

Kevin Sugden is Senior Creative Director of Bruce Mau Design in Toronto and teaches graphic design at al&d.

Betsy Williamson is a principal of WilliamsonWilliamson, Toronto. She is currently a Sessional Lecturer at al&d and project architect of Integral House with Shim-Sutcliffe Architects in Toronto.

Meejin Yoon is Associate Professor in the Department of Architecture at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and founder of MY Studio and Höweler + Yoon Architecture.
